A middle aged man who took over some responsibility for Gwendy after her parents vanished/were maimed or killed. He is an intelligent Radio Operator for Vault 73 that grew up admiring G's mother and her Pioneer Scouts traditions. As such he is sympathetic to the way that G lives her life and feels he is something of a big brother and fellow Pioneer Scout.

He knows he can't replace her folks, either their love or their knowledge, but he shares what he was able to learn in his time with them, and has been the keeper of a special Pioneer Scouts Bowie Knife
