The people, folk, mutants and (human) monsters of the wasteland. They are as varied as any other people and are bound only by their mutual strife and fight for survival in the irradiated lands of post-war Earth.

Mostly they are defined as such by those who consider themselves apart from their struggles, namely Vault Dwellers.
